As a native of central Contra Costa County and over 45 years in the real estate industry, Roger Pell has developed a wealth of knowledge about local real estate. His numerous  transactional experiences have taught him the best methods for negotiating on behalf of his client with integrity and provided a solid technical understanding of the many facets of a real estate transaction. 

Roger owns and manages investment properties and is well versed in tax-deferred 1031 exchanges. As an investor, he is experienced in organizing home repairs and upgrades and knows where to focus resources for the biggest return on investment. Several years ago Roger oversaw and ran the major rebuilding of his own home and the addition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit. His expertise has also been requested for minor subdivisions, lot line adjustments, and easements.
